·       During 2018, our management participated in 15 non-deal road shows, seven investor conferences, and over 100 investor conference calls.

·       In 2018, we commissioned a third-party perception study of our investors and sell-side analysts, providing them an opportunity to discuss their views on Covanta’s growth prospects, strengths and weaknesses, disclosures, and opportunities for improvement.

Covanta discusses our sustainability strategy and management in our 10-K and proxy. We also discuss the potential positive and negative impacts of current and future climate policies.
